The Book

Club

September 13th - November 8th 2025

Over the next 60 days, I’ll guide you through the process of turning your cluttered closet into a cohesive collection of clothing that you’ll actually want to wear both now and well into the future.

Whether you are already familiar with the concept of the capsule or just starting to consider intentional dressing as part of your daily life, Divine Capsule will help you shape, curate, and design a wardrobe custom-tailored to your personal tastes and lifestyle.

Fair warning: this intimate group program isn’t for the average dresser.

Does this sound familiar?

*No matter how many clothing items you buy, you still feel something is missing.

*You like the items in your wardrobe but they don’t seem to represent who you really are.

*Despite buying what you are told is on trend, nothing seems to go together, and your wardrobe is an overflowing mess.

*You know exactly what you like, and you buy what you love, but you still default to wearing the same old baggy T and leggings because it’s “easy”.

Here’s the truth:

Dressing chic is also ‘easy’ when you have built a Divine Capsule.

In today’s fashion landscape, not knowing what to wear is a minor challenge. There is an abundance of stylists and brand ambassadors who offer free, plentiful, and stylish guidance on minimalist to maximal, and thrift to luxury designer dressing.

The real challenge lies in the amount of choice you face within your closet and on the digital shopping racks. Never before in the history of shopping have you been able to browse and buy from millions of designs at the clickity-clack of your fingertips. Inspiration images are infinite, fashion ads endlessly stream, and you have your pick as to whether you want to shop directly from mass retail, vintage platforms, direct to consumer brands, thrifters, tiktok shops, or independent creators.

Where do you start???

The decision fatigue is real.

But, the fashion boundaries within a capsule wardrobe offer freedom.

Through the development of clear style values, a wardrobe cataloging system, and a strong point of view, the capsule wardrobe minimizes the number of decisions you have to make when shopping and dressing.

You’ll know exactly what you want, what you have to work with, and just how to work with it both day-to-day and long-term so that getting dressed feels exciting, and dare I say…easy.

Here’s what you can expect in Divine Capsule:

Weeks 1-2

September 13th and September 20th

Welcome to Divine Capsule. The first two weeks of this club are all about getting “Back to Basics.” You’ll learn what a capsule wardrobe is, and is not, and how to develop a wardrobe that supports your individual lifestyle. You will also begin to explore questions and exercises that help you gain clarity on your unique personal style and how to shape your signature look.

Weeks 3-4

September 27th and October 11th

During weeks three and four, you will get down and dirty with the “Clean and Clear.” This is when you count every. single. item. you own, and determine how much of what you have counted you actually want to own in your wardrobe. We’ll cover practical action steps on how-to assemble your wardrobe (and what to avoid in the process), mix-and-match pieces, and hold banishing ceremonies for anything that’s ready to go!

Weeks 5-6

October 18th and October 25th

Now it’s time to play “It’s a Match!” During weeks five and six, you will refine your color palette, mood board, wish list, and style values so that they match who you are becoming, not who you were in the past. And, now that you know what you’ve got and what you want, you will also begin to learn the nuanced styling tweaks that take outfits from just so-so to absolutely stellar.

Weeks 7-8

November 1st and November 8th

In the last weeks of this club, you will have reached the best part of the capsule wardrobe journey, “Buy Now, Love Forever.” This is when you will put everything you have learned from the previous six weeks together and begin ‘investing’ in your sartorial signature. The remaining time will be spent locating the hidden money in your wardrobe by clearing out (and finding out where to consign) any last outworn and out of style bits from your divine capsule so that you can buy what you love and also love it forever.

What else?

There’s a lot of division in the world of fashion: either you are in or out, hot or not, ‘sample’ size or ‘plus’ size, a hard core sustainability fan or a fan of fast fashion, a minimalist or a maximalist, and so on…

Divine Capsule takes a different approach.

This isn’t a space for either/or, but a room for both/and.

In Divine Capsule, the principles of minimalism are applied to maximalist dressing; fast fashion clothing is treated sustainably; dress clothes are made practical and practical clothes get to be dressy; you can be a savvy shopper of both thrift and luxury; and most importantly your wardrobe extends beyond a palette of black and white.

Oh, and you won’t be forced to work with only what you already have, nor be encouraged to buy a whole new wardrobe from scratch.

I do have to warn you, however, the focus of this program isn’t just on the clothes. While you’ll be guided toward a feeling of freedom by loving the pieces you currently own and are ready to own, you’ll also be learning how to own yourself.

Style is not just the clothes you wear;

Style is how you wear the clothes.

It’s time to wear your Divine Capsule.

The looks and life you want are on the other side of saying “yes”.

Too often, we second guess the heart’s desire. We tell ourselves that what we want is too much or not enough, and we end up tailoring who we are to a societal standard. We choose people, jobs, circumstances, and wardrobe items that feel appropriate…safe, meh, and not what we really want…

We buy more of what we think we need, or try on the next trend hoping we’ll fit into it better. And still, neither take the shape of what we’re really after –which is to be ourselves.

In the Divine Capsule club, we focus on more than the how-to of curating a capsule wardrobe (though that is very important): we give space to the individuals we want to become.

As someone who has tried to shop her way to finding herself, I know firsthand that without knowing who one is, and trusting what one loves, the design of a wardrobe is directionless and more like a money pit than an investment. I know you don’t want this for yourself, so I’m here to help you steer clear of that mess.

Whether you decide to join this club or not, I hope you make the choice from here on out to design a wardrobe on your terms. If there’s one thing we all do, it’s to wake up every day and get dressed. Why would you dress yourself in something you don’t like?

So, de-clutter yourself of other people’s judgments, throw off those ill-fitting patterns, and make space for the divine expression within you.

We are ready to welcome you if you need support on this journey.

The Fine Details:

  • The Divine Capsule Book Club runs for nine consecutive weeks with one week off in the middle of our program (October 4th).

Live group sessions occur on Saturdays at 9am Pacific. This curriculum is designed for an intense 30-day period when following the book, but we will be taking our time to gain clarity on looks, provide more breathing room for wardrobe editing, and make sure we are that much more intentional about buying for the wardrobe.

  • One group session will be held each week for a total of eight styling sessions throughout the program.

Group sessions last about 60-75 minutes on Zoom, or until everyone has had their chance to ask a question and receive feedback from the group.

  • For 60 days, you will also receive a daily email from me with either a wardrobe journaling question or self-expression prompt.

  • We will also have an open group chat on Voxer for posting questions, sharing reflections, and asking for feedback on the capsule wardrobe journey.

In order to get the most out of this club, you must be willing to do the inner work, engage in group sessions, and come prepared to share. Your commitment to shopping for the new and releasing the old is essential. Be ready to leave your outworn stories on the cutting room floor and step into the capsule wardrobe of your dreams.

Sign-ups close September 6th 2025. Wardrobe doors open September 13th 2025.

  • Don't worry! All group calls are recorded and sent out to everyone in the cohort after the live session. (Calls are stored for 3 months after the program ends, so be sure to download everything you need beforehand.)

  • Nope. But, I can guarantee that you will find yourself preparing to replenish parts of your wardrobe now and later. With that being said, I can guide you in building a fantastic wardrobe within all budgets. I’ve personally shopped my most favorite pieces from Goodwill to Gucci.

  • Woo-hoo! You actually have a head start. Throughout this program, you will focus on the skills of styling what you already have and learning how to maintain a tight edit of your wardrobe just in case you have a full rack of overwhelm in the future. Every closet gets out of hand now and then.

  • HECK YES. Whether you are a minimalist, maximalist, or something in between, you will learn how to make the most out of your wardrobe space. We'll be covering how to properly care for your pieces long-term too.

  • You can invest as much or as little time as you want in this club; however, the more present you are on group calls and during your wardrobe homework throughout the week, the more you will get out of the Divine Capsule curriculum. With that being said, plan for at minimum 2-4hrs per week between group call time and personal wardrobe design for the maximum effect.

  • Nope! Though it may be helpful to have the book both for note-taking and as an aid during and after the program, daily emails and lessons in each week’s session review most of the material within the book.

Additional Notes:

  • The Divine Capsule Book Club is a small group program with 10 seats available. I design every live program to be an intimate experience because this work goes deep, and you are not just a number on my banking spreadsheet. I do not believe in programs that send you off with another coach or assistant while the primary coach remains at a distance. You will always receive direct feedback from me in the group chat. With that said, this is a group setting, and most of my feedback will be directed toward educating the group and/or providing information that can benefit the group. May your contributions be considerate of the group too!

  • Once your spot is confirmed via your payment through Paypal, you will receive your first (Welcome) email from me on September 7th. Our first group session is on September 13th. If you have any questions beforehand, please email houseofdivinestyle@gmail.com.

  • If you are looking to go deeper with a wardrobe revamp and edit, I suggest you work with me 1:1, where I can better provide you with direct links to clothing and personalized feedback.
