Notes on the changing of Eclipse Season

How is everyone making out after the back to back holiday weekend and solar eclipse slam? I felt like I was going full speed on a treadmill and am just starting to catch my breath in a cool down. But not for long…
The astrological happenings are hot and heavy this month with Neptune having gone direct on the 1st, the Sagittarius New Moon Solar Eclipse on the 4th, Chiron going direct on the 19th, Venus retrograding on the 19th, and the Sun making its way into Capricorn on the 21st after Mercury makes it’s entrance into the sign of the sea goat on the 13th. Oh, and Mars enters the domain of Sagittarius on the 13th too!
(As if these recent eclipse vibes weren’t enough…* exhaust emoji *)
What does this all mean for divine style-ing and creative exploration? Well, let’s start with the eclipses…
On December 4th 2021 (3rd if you are on Pacific time) the final eclipse of the Sagittarius/Gemini series arrived. The first of these eclipses, a Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius, was on June 5, 2020. Followed by….
Gemini Lunar Eclipse on November 30th, 2020
Sagittarius Solar Eclipseon December 14th, 2020
Sagittarius Lunar Eclipse on May 26th, 2021
Gemini Solar Eclipse on June 10th 2021
…and the Solar Eclipse at 12* Sagittarius on December 4th, 2021.
Eighteen years ago, this cycle of eclipses also took place (2002/2003.) (See the Saros Cycle.)
What was beginning and ending at that time in your life? What is beginning and ending now? Where in your life have you experienced and/or completed a remodel? Are there any similarities that thread these two eclipse cycles together?
Have a look at which houses the signs Gemini and Sagittarius occupy in your chart for additional insight.
•With this eclipse cycle ending in the Sign of Sagittarius (on the South Node) ask: what beliefs, ideas and thought patterns have been rewired? what beliefs, hope/faith/trust, ideas do I no longer want to hold?

May 16, 2022 (12:14 a.m. ET): Total Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio
October 25, 2022 (6:48 a.m. ET): Partial Solar Eclipse in Scorpio
November 8, 2022 (6:02 a.m. ET): Total Lunar Eclipse in Taurus
May 5, 2023 (12:24 p.m. ET) Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio
October 28, 2023 (3:15 p.m. ET) Lunar Eclipse in Taurus
The last time we met with this cycle was in 2003-2004 and 2012-2014.
Scorpio likes to hang in the underworld, dark and damp spaces and the places that go unseen. It’s domain of the 8th House rules inheritances, reparations and other peoples’ resources.
Taurus settles into security and likes what it can touch — material things, money.
Both signs ask us to have a sit down with our values and relationships.
Though, Taurus may be stubborn…and not want to budge from the old ways. Scorpio will take it all down with one swift injection.
I find it fascinating that “values” and “relationships” are the hot topics of this next eclipse cycle. The past few years have highlighted where new action needs to be taken in our relationships with the earth and fellow people. What do we value within these relationships? Do we (collectively) even value our earth and fellow people?
I’m also curious to see how the definitions of “sustainable” and “sustainability” will evolve and how consumer habits and production cycles and approaches will transform.
What might we also see in the world of crypto currency, the dark web, and NFT’s? How will fashion brands and the art world embrace new digital technology?
By the way, NFT’s are a great example of this Taurus/Scorpio axis at play. While NFT’s —Minted art and experiences (Venus) and investments (Taurus/Scorp) are damaging to the environment (Taurus) (side note: Etherium 2 is on it’s way), an artist can receive royalties (Scorpio) every time that NFT is resold.
Recently, I read this bit from the Astrotwins on the Taurus/Scorpio Eclipse season…”Sensuality could replace social media as everyone's favorite fix as the Taurus-Scorpio eclipse series reconnects us with the physical universe.”
But I’m thinking…our sense of the physical universe is changing (Saturn in Aquarius). What if our new physical reality is the Metaverse?
As we move further into this new eclipse cycle, keep the following questions tucked in your back pocket. Revisit them. Think about them in the context of your style/consumer habits/personal investments/security/inheritance-reparations-bequeathing.
And remember, Uranus moves in and out of Taurus through April 25, 2026.

The way we work was/is shifting. Currency and financial systems were/are changing. Groups of people relocate. There is a desire and need to experience pleasure/entertainment and sensorial relief.

-What is the inheritance I am leaving to others?
-Where/how am I being taxed/taxing others?
-What is the truth of where my garments come from?
-What is the truth of where my money is going?
-What is my relationship to my self-worth?
-What is my relationship with the earth?
