Style Brief 01.23
Welcome to this year’s experiment: STYLE BRIEFS. Style Briefs originally started out as a weekly newsletter to styling clients in 2021 where I shared info on styling by the stars of one’s natal chart and current transits, and the t&t of how to dream and edit a wardrobe… Even after a full year of letters there is was still so much I wanted to share.
Since 2022 was spent writing my book Divine Style, 2023 is the year Style Briefs return, but now they will serve as the blog/reel/carousel/newsletter combo where I share the above, plus what I am currently researching in fashion history and astrological patterns, as well as my viewpoints on styling and building a highly curated COLLECTION of clothing. You will not find maximalist style here - color, yes (though I, uh, don’t quite demonstrate that here😌 I know!) but not a 10,000sq ft storage unit of pieces. Owning a ton of stuff overwhelms my nervous system, and I rather have very little but of the best I can afford. Quality never goes out of style.
I’m not sure how this experiment is going to evolve, I just know it’s time to start somewhere with more sharing of what I know and love. I’m sure there will be a rhythm by the end of the year. Thank you for taking this ride with me.
